Looks&PB: Elsa is an imposing person, with blue eyes and long, wavy blonde hair. She is tall and shapely, near a perfect figure for a stereotypical Dancer, and still walks like it even though she hasn’t performed for 5 or 6 years now. When she’s working construction/overseeing, she wears worn men’s clothes, usually ripped and/or stained and painted on. When she’s actually working a show, she’s all in black, with her hair braided and covered in a scarf or a hat. When she’s not working or at a show (rare moments, these), she generally wears dark, plain clothes that neither hide or emphasize anything. **

Background: Elsa was born to a traveling Bard/Dancer pair who originated from Comodo and settled back there with her birth. When she was twelve, they enrolled her into the Theater, and she quickly fell in love with dancing and performing in large group productions, like the musicals. Her parents left and returned to their traveling days when she was old enough to take care of herself, preferring the freedom of the road to performing in the theater or, in the end, raising their child.

However, Elsa’s dancings days started their end when she volunteered to help the backstage efforts one show, when the actors in the show were told that they needed volunteers to help construct the set. She fell in love with the backstage, with it’s entirely different atmosphere and feeling. She started to work more shows backstage, although she didn’t entirely give up performing yet. When she was eighteen, she was hired as a stage manager, and it just…fit. She gave up performing and has worked entirely backstage since, mostly as a stage manager.


Personality: She is the stage manager that everyone fears, but continues to work under because she gets shit DONE. She does not condone laziness, half-assness, or anything less than 110% effort. She doesn’t bully to get this done, but neither is she exactly encouraging. Pretty much the only way someone knows they did something well is when she allows it to go onstage, doesn’t make a mention of it, or uses the person’s effort as an example of what should be done. Her mind is highly organized, which means she can keep all the current needs in her head, from what the lightening technicians (whatever they actually do in less-high-tech theater), the construction technicians, the stage hands, the producing staff, etc need to have done that day. She mostly relies on certain people within each group to lead everyone else, so she doesn’t actually have to do everything, but generally manages to take the lion’s share of effort and responsibility herself anyways.
